I seriously think you need to rethink your terms of use of the forums, especially the no insulting part. Its not like i enjoy insulting people but, having been part of a few forums before, i find that arguments are an integral part of any community and that your forums cant really flourish without them. Obviously, having people insulting each other all over the forum isnt really a welcoming idea so i would suggest you put in a section in which people can say whatever they want

Well people can say what they want ... just don't insult and offend others that's all ... no need to make a section , also i'v never seen a forum rules that dosn't include : "Repect the others / No insults .. etc ... "
