Actually, if you carefully read the rules the stuff about using ecchi anime as a topic it falls to the gray area... since the rules clearly states that no such pictures be posted, but no mention to as using them as topic...

If you ask me, theres nothing wrong about talking about ecchi anime as long as the conversations stay wholesome...

example:

OTAKU1: I like this ******** (which is an ecchi anime) does anyone like them as well?
OTAKU2: yea I especially like ****** (character) because shes cute!

see? not much harm done as long as its wholesome.
