MYSTERY
Detective Conan - THE BEST MYSTERY ANIME EVER! Try watching from episode 1 - latest (which is 697), Movies 1-16, OVAs and Magic Files, you're not gonna regret it, definitely!
Death Note - One of the greatest mystery anime, try it
Shinrei Tantei Yakumo - Well-drawn anime, it has the "cool" feeling, try it
Spiral: Suiri no Kizuna - It's an interesting mystery anime, try it
Tantei Gakuen Q - I only tried watching the JDrama version so I dunno if they have the same feel. But I liked the JDrama so maybe you're gonna like the anime too
Ghost Hunt - Solving mysteries about ghosts or spirits, well-drawn anime, I liked this anime but it's too short.
Gosick - well drawn anime, not the very detective-mystery thing you're looking for but kinda worth it to watch

Hmm Mystery...Monster by Naoki Urusawa...very good and excellent...78 episodes of pure mystery and also Gallery Fake
