Pocket Manga I guess. I never tried reading Manga at Cellphone so I don't know about this but you can try "Pocket Manga" It's the application that my brother is using or try Manga Cloud and Crunchyroll. I hope I can help you but just like what I said I really don't know anything about it. Gomenasai.
