Download section suggestion

Hello , i suggest a Download section when Our Members can Download Animes / manga / OST / anime's movies / OAV etc ... also i suggest a new usergroup named as [Forum Uploaders] that will moderate that section ..
Forum Uploaders will have as duty :
- Uploading Animes / Mangas / OSTs / Movies that our memebers will request
- They must Update the ONgoing animes at their out date !
- They must download / upload ... to prevent the (Copyright) Issues ^^

When this is applied we can upload animes, and anime songs? Yes? I would like that

I actually have this thought of having fanfictions in the forum if that is possible. Because I'm thinking that there might be other members of this forum who likes to write fanfics.
