There are two sites I use
The first one being: http://www.gogoanime.com/
The second being my favorite anime watching site: http://www.chia-anime.com/
The second one has mobile availability which I know is sometimes difficult for people watching anime online.

I have never downloaded animes before but I am starting to think that I should save all my favorite ones onto a flash drive for less of a hassle to find them. Which website do you recommend downloading from?

I doesn't matter which site you wanna use to download . But you must have the tools to download the anime . Like Internet Download Manager and Torrent . I use IDM but if you wanna use torrent .

well using IDM has many benefits. for instant, you can download Anime from website to watch Anime.
